Abidat is responsible for managing and streamlining operational processes at Lafiya. She specialises in turning complex, on-the-ground challenges into simple, automated and scalable systems that ensure teams perform consistently across multiple states and area of responsibilities.
Prior to joining Lafiya, Abidat gained expertise across product, growth, and analytics roles in both early-stage startups and structured organisations. With a background in Chemical Engineering (University of Lagos), she successfully transitioned into the world of product and operations by leaning into her strengths: data-driven execution and systems thinking. This unique technical foundation allows her to align cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes while making day-to-day workflows more efficient and predictable.
