Chukwunonso Chukwuma is the Director of Country Expansion at Lafiya. A strategic operator with nearly a decade of experience, Chukwunonso leads the adaptation and replication of Lafiya's community-based model into new geographies, beyond Nigeria.
Prior to Lafiya, Chukwunonso built and led evidence-based programmes and operational blueprints across both Anglophone and Francophone West Africa. He has directed cross-functional field teams in conflict-affected communities, negotiated high-stakes partnerships with Ministries of Health, and implemented monitoring and evaluation frameworks for major international organisations including CARE, UNDP, and ActionAid.
Fluent in English and French, He is deeply committed to health equity and believes that the last mile is not just a distribution problem, but a problem of trust.
