Ike Omisade is the People Operations Manager at Lafiya, where she supports the organisation’s people strategy and operations across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR processes, and employee experience.
Ike has experience across human resources, talent acquisition, recruitment, and organisational development, having worked in consulting and other professional environments. Her experience includes talent sourcing and recruitment, workforce planning, learning and development, HR operations, and supporting people-focused projects and initiatives.
She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Warwick Business School, UK, and a BSc in Business Management from the University of Surrey, UK.
Ike is passionate about building people-centered systems and creating positive employee experiences that enable teams to thrive and organisations to achieve meaningful impact.
