Lauren has extensive experience on the program side for multiple non-profits as well in education at both the K-12 and post-secondary levels. After spending multiple years in direct service, she transitioned into the development field to help organizations including American Jesuits International and Girl Scouts of the USA raise funds to continue their work in the US and abroad. As a fundraiser, she has helped multiple organizations close their largest gifts and has secured multiple 6 and 7 figure awards from corporate, foundation, and government sources. She has also worked to grow the field and taught at Evergreen State College where she developed multiple courses on fundraising and grants management.
