Data Quality and Field Lead
Nusaiba Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, with experience in public health programming, health data quality management, field coordination, and community-based health interventions. She has supported the implementation and monitoring of public health programmes through data verification, field supervision, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. Her work focuses on strengthening the quality and use of health data to support evidence-based decision-making and improve programme performance across diverse health interventions.
Nusaiba has contributed to several large-scale public health initiatives in Northern Nigeria, including the Polio Programme and SARMAN I campaign in Kano State. She has also worked with development and implementing partners, including Solina and CHAI, supporting programme implementation, field monitoring, and health systems strengthening efforts.
Her professional background includes experience in operations management, programme coordination, and data management, providing her with a multidisciplinary perspective on health programme delivery and performance improvement.
Beyond her professional work, Nusaiba is passionate about climate action, environmental sustainability, and the intersection of public health and climate change. She is also interested in human-centred design and digital innovation, exploring how technology and design can be leveraged to address health and development challenges and create meaningful impact in communities.
